March is National Nutrition Month and now is the time to take advantage of the new FREE healthy eating program for students. The Nourish TU: Eating for a Healthier You program will teach you how to make changes in your eating habits that will lead to a healthier you. You will learn about carbs, fats, protein, reading food labels, proper portion sizes and much more. Contact the campus dietitian, Kerry Ballek at kballek@towson.edu to register.
