To address the needs of faculty and students, the TU Blackboard team has expanded Blackboard support services.
What’s new?
- Faculty can now avoid on-hold wait time by scheduling 30 minute appointment times in advance with a Blackboard expert to address an issue or learn how to use a feature in Blackboard.
- TU-specific self-help documents have been created for faculty and students.
- Blackboard integration with PeopleSoft has been improved, which means faster student enrollments, increased accuracy of faculty assignments, timely updated user account information, and grouping courses by terms.
What’s the same?
- Students and faculty can call or chat with Blackboard 24/7 Support any time, any day, to get immediate help. Most issues can be resolved during this first point of contact but if your issue cannot be fixed, a ticket will be created for the TU Blackboard team. The team will contact you within 24 business hours.
