Upcoming transportation changes

To better serve and accommodate the growing campus community, see below some changes to shuttle services that will take affect with the fall 2017 term:

  • A Fairways express route has been added. The new route will service Donnybrook, Fellowship Court and Fairways apartments.
  • The combined Goucher/Loch Raven route will continue to service Fairways, Donnybrook, Loch Raven Village, Towson Crossing and Hillendale Gate. It will make only one stop on campus at the CLA building (no service from the University Union Loop).
  • The Rogers Forge – Walker Ave route will be modified significantly through Rodgers Forge and the Lake Walker areas. New service will be provided along Northern Parkway and Bellona Avenue.  Drumcastle apartments will no longer be served. Drumcastle passengers should go to the York Road Plaza MTA stop in the morning and the Annelsie Shopping center MTA stop in the afternoon.
  • University Village will now be served by the Gold Route and the Rodgers Forge – Walker Ave routes.
  • On campus service will be served by two Black route buses and one Gold route bus.
  • Ride the Tiger-In-Town from uptown after 10 p.m. on Thursday, Friday or Saturdays and be eligible for great prizes. Watch for more information in September on TURIDE and in the T3.

These route schedules have been modified to improve on-time service and address traffic impacts related to multiple construction project near the campus. Please familiarize yourself with the new schedules and plan accordingly. For real time shuttle predictions and a live map, go to TUTIGERRIDE.com or download the app TURIDE. Please ensure you have your OneCard when riding off campus shuttles. Shuttle maps and routes may be found on the Parking & Transportation website.
