NEDA Week Yoga Night

Celebrate your body, clear your mind, restore your spirit! A beginners level Yoga Night will be held March 1st, from 4pm-5pm in the Loch Raven Room. This one hour body-positive yoga session will be led by Carrie Shaw.  A limited number of yoga mats will be provided so please bring your own mat or towel if possible.
