Jasmine Simms founded Scrub Nail Boutique, Baltimore’s first and only all-natural, fume-free nail salon, which is located in Fells Point. Jasmine teamed up with fellow local “mom-preneur” Tammira Lucas, to launch Moms as Enterpreneurs, which provides training for aspiring entrepreneur mothers with modules in finance, team building, customer acquisition and more.
