The LeaderShape Institute is a six-day program that engages participants in dialogue and activities aimed at self-discovery and key leadership issues. Participants are challenged to lead with integrity, while working towards creating a vision to improve the communities of which they are a part. After students return to campus, they will maintain a support network with one another in order to help bring their visions to reality
This program is held at Capital Retreat Center Camp in Wanyesboro, PA. All participants must remain on the site for the entire six days, with food, lodging and roundtrip transportation provided.
