Join us on Wednesday, April 27th, at 6pm in the UU Potomac Lounge for a conversation about rape, sexual assault and survivorship in the Black community. Take part in the dialogue as we discuss topics such as street harassment, rape culture, victim blaming, and campus sexual assault. We will also expand the conversation to create awareness about sexual assault in the lgbtq+ community and the impact of community silence and stigma for victims and survivors. Light refreshments will be provided. The program is co-sponsored by the Center for Student Diversity, Black Student Union, In the Life, Brotherhood, Sisterhood, Caribbean Student Association, and Sigma Lambda Gamma.
