On Wednesday, April 1, at 7:00pm in the College of Liberal Arts, room 1201, Dr. Chris Dixon will be the guest lecturer at the Spring 2015 International Studies Symposium. His talk, entitled “Another Politics: Talking Across Today’s Transformative Movements,” draws on interviews with dozens of experienced radical organizers across the U.S. and Canada, exploring another politics and distilling hard-earned lessons for building effective, visionary movements. Dr. Dixon is a longtime anarchist, organizer, writer, and educator with a Ph.D. from the University of California at Santa Cruz. Find him at writingwithmovements.com.
