System maintenance will be performed this Sunday, January 25, from 6 a.m. until 10 a.m.
Several University Computing services will be offline while routine maintenance and upgrades are being performed including:
- All PeopleSoft non-Prod servers
- All PeopleSoft Prod Servers
- All Microsoft SQL database Services
- Departmental Oracle Services
- Citrix
- JumboShare
- A large number of departmental servers
- ImageNow
Services not affected include Exchange, BlackBoard, www.towson.edu, although there may be temporary slowness experienced during the maintenance process.
When maintenance is complete, a post will be made to the OTS alerts website at http://alerts.towson.edu. As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
