The Department of Geography and Environmental Planning in the College of Liberal Arts invites you to hear the presentation by Dr. Michael Harrower, Assistant Professor of Archaeology in the Department of Near Eastern Studies at Johns Hopkins University.  Dr. Harrower uses geospatial technologies to help uncover the complex water histories of arid lands.  In this talk, he will compare and contrast the histories of ancient Yemen and the American West.
