Employee Address Data

All employees need to maintain current address information for timely distribution of their Annual Wage and Tax Statement (W-2 form). Address updates must be submitted by December 1, 2014 to insure the correct address is used for the 2014 W-2 Wage and Tax Statements.

Employees should verify their address on Central Payroll Bureau’s Payroll Online Service Center (POSC) and make changes by choosing Update Address/W4 Tax Withholding.

Please note the following exceptions:

Employees who are claiming exempt from either federal or state tax; or are claiming more than 10 exemptions; or are a non-resident alien for tax purposes cannot update their address on POSC.  Address changes must be submitted by completing a paper W4/MW507 form in its entirety including federal and state tax information.  The form and instructions are available on the Financial Services web page:

Employees who have benefits through the State of Maryland should also report address changes to the Office of Human Resources by completing the Benefit Change of Address Form:
