As open enrollment is fast approaching, please click on the link below to view key information about this year’s health benefits open enrollment. Open enrollment begins October 15, 2014 and ends at 5:00 pm on November 14, 2014.

There are several avenues for you to learn more about the 2015 health benefit changes:
- Attend Towson’s annual benefits fair on Friday, October 3, 2014, 10:30 am – 2:00 pm, in the Potomac Lounge of the University Union. You will be able to speak with health plan representatives and benefits staff members to gather additional information to help you make informed decisions about your benefits. Flu shots will also be available during the fair, in room 306 of the University Union. The cost is $20 and a check is the only form of payment accepted for the flu shot; make your check payable to Towson University.
- Representatives from EBD will present open enrollment meetings during the fair to explain the changes to 2015 benefits and answer your questions. The meetings will be held from 11 am – 12 pm and 1 pm – 2 pm in room 305 in the University Union.
- Open enrollment outreach sessions are planned on the following dates below. The open enrollment outreach sessions are available for faculty and staff to meet with a benefits staff member to ask questions or deliver their completed open enrollment forms.
- Tuesday, October 28, 2014 1:00 – 3:00 pm – Liberal Arts LA 3150
- Thursday, October 30, 2014 2:00 – 4:00 pm – Enrollment Services, Room 306
- Monday, November 3, 2014 7:30 – 10:30 am – General Services Building, Main Conference Room
- Thursday, November 6, 2014 3:00 – 6:00 pm – General Services Building, Main Conference Room
- Friday, November 7, 2014 10:00 am – 12:00 pm – Towson Center Kinesiology, Room 200
- Monday, November 10, 2014 1:00 – 3:00 pm – Cook Library, Room 411
