Interested in Meditation? The campus now has a Meditation Room that students may book for free Individual Meditation or Group Meditation Sessions. Beginning Friday, October 10 at 2pm, Group Guided Meditations will be offered weekly. The offerings include audios Meditations such as Breathing, Mountain, and Body Scans led by well-known Meditation experts. Contact the Counseling Center (410-704-2512) for more info or to schedule an Individual or Group Meditation Session.
