“The Distance Between Us” Cook Library Book Club Discussion

The Cook Library Book Club will discuss the One Maryland One Book: “The Distance Between Us: A Memoir by Reyna Grande”. This meeting will begin with Lea Ramsdell, Associate Professor and Director of Latin American Studies providing background on this poignant story of life before and after entering the U.S. from Mexico as an undocumented immigrant. Then Librarian Sara Arnold-Garza will lead attendees in a discussion about the book.
Light Refreshments will be Served.
