The OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center and Student Computing Services phone trees are changing on September 22, 2014. When you call 410-704-5151 for support, listen closely to the new options. The changes simplify the menu options and ensure calls are directed to the right people. After-hours support procedures will not be affected by this change.
If you are responsible for maintaining a website, please help us by changing the phone number to simply 410-704-5151 and REMOVING any references to voice menu numerical options. For example, if it’s listed as “Call 410-704-5151, 2+2+2 on the voice menu,” delete the 2+2+2 portion.
