Au Bon Pain has replaced Brick Street Café in the lower level of Hawkins Hall. The bakery and cafe was recently included on a list of America’s Top 25 Favorite Sandwich Shops. It’s known for delicious soups, sandwiches and baked goods, as well as pastries, salads and entrees. The cafe is currently open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
