OTS will be performing system maintenance on Sunday, July 13, 2014 between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m.
During the maintenance period, the following services will be unavailable:
- Self-service password resets or changes (“Forgot Password” or “Reset Password” links)
- Temporary Computer Administrator Rights (TCAR) web application
- Internal OTS Tools used for troubleshooting and support
When maintenance is complete, a post will be made to the OTS Alerts website.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. to noon. Faculty, staff and students are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
