Downtime Information for OTS’ Sunday Maintenance Window

OTS will be performing database maintenance on Sunday, June 29, 2014 between 5 a.m. and noon.
During the maintenance period, the following services will be unavailable:

• University Web Site (various forms will not be available)
• File Delivery Service
• Lync
• Maintenance Connection
• MediaSite
• Print Center
• SharePoint
• TechHelp
• Knowledge Center
• Temporary Computer Admin Rights Tool
• Virtual Workspace / Citrix

When maintenance is complete, a post will be made to the OTS alerts website. 

As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’s maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. to noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
