The Office of Technology Services (OTS) will be upgrading the campus VoIP phone system on Sunday, June 15, 2014 between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.
During the upgrade, there will be a 20-minute phone service outage while the primary voice servers are being upgraded. There will also be a phone reset while the phone units receives the updated software from the servers.
If you experience any problems after the upgrade window or if you have any questions, please contact the OTS Help Center at 410-704-5151.
If you need to reach the University Police during the maintenance window and are having difficulty, please call the Police at (410) 830-2134.”
When maintenance is complete, a post will be made to the OTS alerts website. As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. to noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
