West Village Housing – An early bid package for the site work including underground utilities is currently being bid with that work scheduled for late August 2014. The Design Development documents have been submitted for final comment from the university.
Site and Safety Phase 2 – Concrete on the new bridge is schedule for the week of 5/5/14. Adjacent masonry wall construction east and west of the bridge is ongoing. Underground utilities are also ongoing. Bridge signs and rails are scheduled for the week of 5/12/14.
TUNE – Interior finishes are ongoing (painting, flooring). Furniture is scheduled for mid -June and occupancy schedule mid- July.
Burdick Phase III – Rec sports has moved temporarily to the newly renovated east side offices. The north side classrooms are finishing up. The south wing is currently under renovation. All work is scheduled to be completed summer 2014.
