Join us for a tree planting event in celebration of Arbor Day in the Glen on Friday, April 25 from noon – 5 p.m.!
This is not only a great way to complete service hours conveniently on campus, but it is also a way to help the environment while planting a tree your group can appreciate years later as alumni.
We have dozens of trees and shrubs which need your help to find their new homes in the Glen! If we finish planting early, we’ll do some invasive species removal and trash pick-up.
We’ll be meeting in the Glen under the bridge that goes to the towers at noon. If you can’t make it until later, there will be groups working all over the Glen, so come when you can and join in!
Dress for outdoor work and to guard against any poison ivy (long sleeves/long pants). Work gloves, garbage bags, tools, and snacks will be provided.
