Dress like a professional, especially if you are a junior or senior. That means you should wear a clean, well-fitting, conservative, color-coordinated suit with closed-toe shoes. For more tips, check out this handy guide.

Bring at least 10 copies of your resume, printed on high-quality paper and tucked neatly inside a portfolio or folder. Perfect your resume by stopping by for 1:1 assistance during Express Hours (Monday-Thursday, 1-3 p.m., 7800 York Rd., Ste. 206) and accessing convenient, online samples and resources.

On the day of the fair, visit the Career Center table where Student Affairs “Cheerleaders” will help you perfect your handshake and prepare a 30-second “elevator pitch” that will grab the attention of employers that you meet.
