Healthy New Additions in TU Dining Locations

We now have iPad Kiosks in the Glen Market Place, Newell Dining Hall and West Village Commons Dining Hall. You can use these kiosks to look up the nutrition facts (calories, fat, protein, etc.) for the menu items you will be eating for that meal or future meals.

Also, if you are in a retail location on campus, grab a tin filled with almonds for a healthy snack. Almonds are a good source of vitamin E (an antioxidant), magnesium, fiber, protein and calcium. The tins hold about one ounce of almonds which is the perfect size for a snack. You can then refill the tins and take them with you for a healthy snack during the day.
