Stop by the Counseling Center to learn new ways to cope with the challenges of life as a college student. These informational groups are free and confidential to TU undergraduate and graduate students, happening on Fridays from noon to 1 p.m. No appointment needed; drop-ins are welcome.

The spring semester schedule is:

April 4 – Taking Care of Yourself

April 11 – Anxiety Management

April 18 – Anger Management

April 25 – Conflict Management

May 2 – Getting Through Finals
