The TU Counseling Center is once again presenting “Experiencing Mindfulness” throughout the spring semester. Do you wish you could experience less stress, judgment, anxiety, worry, or conflict? Would you like to experience more peace, creativity, compassion, focus, self-awareness, flexibility, or balance? Join staff from the Counseling Center for EXPERIENCING MINDFULNESS – weekly Wednesday workshops where you will practice mindfulness techniques that will help you in your daily life.
