This spring, the College of Business and Economics celebrates the tenth anniversary of its signature business case competition—The Associate.
Adapted from the NBC series The Apprentice, the competition provides students with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to showcase their business acumen while competing for a full-time job offer.
The TU community is invited to follow the 2014 competition as eight candidates present solutions to weekly cases from regional companies for the chance to win a job offer from SECU Maryland.
The Associate 2014 Schedule of Events:
Feb. 11, 5 p.m.: Candidate Intros, first case announced
Feb. 18, 5 p.m.: Case 1 Presentations
Feb. 25, 5 p.m.: Case 2 Presentations
March 4, 5 p.m.: Case 3 Presentations
March 11, 5 p.m.: Case 4 Presentations
March 25, 5 p.m.: Finalists Announced & Final Case Revealed
April 1, 5 p.m.: Final Presentations & Winner Announced
All boardroom sessions take place in Stephens Hall, Room 216, except the final presentations, which will take place in Stephens Hall, Room 310.
