The National Alliance on Mental Illness at TU is hosting a food drive to benefit the Maryland Food Bank. We will have collection points in the College of Liberal Arts, University Union, Cook Library, West Village Commons, Administration Building, and General Services. Over 700,000 people in Maryland have difficulties securing food, which can have a huge impact on mental health. You can help by donating some of their most needed items: canned goods (meat, beans, fruit, vegetables, soup), peanut butter, pasta, evaporated/dried milk, infant formula, rice, nuts and seeds. It’s a small way to have a big impact! For more information on this event, please visit NAMI at TU’s website http://towsonunami.blogspot.com/
