On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday ( Oct. 2 – 4) and Monday Oct. 7, at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., there will be an alert siren and controlled blasting near the corners of Osler Drive and Towsontown Blvd. The Site and Safety Phase II project will be conducting controlled blasting to remove rock below grade for utilities installation. The siren will be loud, but will only last approximately one minute. The explosives will be rather quiet and uneventful.
