Become a Mental Health Advocate!

Towson’s Student Support Network (SSN) is a six-week training program that will give you skills to know how to be helpful to friends in crisis. You’ll learn about mental and emotional health, warning signs of a friend who’s struggling, and how to talk about difficult issues. You will also learn about available resources and how to refer your friends in need. Participants will receive a Mental Health Advocate Certificate after completing the training program.
