As a reminder, Parking Services utilizes the latest license plate recognition (LPR) technology to associate permits to license plate data for vehicles parked on TU’s campus.
Individuals who wish to park on the campus must possess a valid parking permit during enforcement hours. In order to help avoid citations for not having a permit, those with virtual permits must ensure they have accurate license plate(s) on file with Parking & Transportation Services. Please ensure you are meeting the eligibility requirements before adding a vehicle to your account.
Registering or Updating your vehicle information:
*Please note that this is a one-time requirement. If your vehicle is already registered, no further action is required for the upcoming academic year.
1. To add up to three vehicles on your account, visit www.towson.edu/parking. Click on the eParking link, then select Manage My Parking Account. TU NetID is required.
Or
2. For other vehicle requests, visit www.towson.edu/parking. Click on the Forms link and select (No NetID required):
– Vehicle Exception Form – to add a vehicle that doesn’t belong to you or a family member at the same address
-Add Vehicle Form” – to add more than four vehicles
-Vehicle End Relationship Form” – to end a relationship to a vehicle (to remove a vehicle)
Required information includes:
License plate, state, year, make, model and vehicle color. You may also add the vehicle of a family member with the same address which is not currently registered to another TU student, faculty or staff member’s account.
