As a reminder, a valid TU permit is required to park on campus Monday – Thursday 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Friday 6 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Please find below information regarding parking changes effective fall 2013
Faculty/Staff areas – gate removal
All Faculty/Staff gates have been removed across the campus. Current restrictions for the Faculty/Staff areas continue to be in place. Vehicles without a designated Faculty/Staff, General Service, or Public Safety parking permit in these areas will be cited and/or towed at the expense of the owner. Please be certain to check signage before entering a parking area to ensure your permit is valid in that area.
General Services & Public Safety Parking Restrictions
Effective Fall 2013, only vehicles associated with a Public Safety or General Services permit, as indicated on signs, are allowed to park in the General Services (10 & 10a) and Public Safety (10b) lots. With the exception of visitor spaces, no other permits are valid in the General Services (10 & 10a) or Public Safety (10b) lots. Any vehicle without a designated General Services or Public Safety parking permit during enforcement hours will be cited and/or towed at the expense of the owner.
Marked visitors spaces are available to individuals who are displaying a valid visitor permit, which can be obtained from the department they are visiting, or to individuals with a Faculty/Staff permit who are conducting business in either the General Services building or the Public Services building.

Union Garage access road from Osler Drive
In order to accommodate the Osler bridge construction the access road to the lower portion of the Union garage and traffic patterns within the garage has been reconfigured. Please use caution when driving in this area. The entry/exit lanes off of Cross Campus have not changed.
-Visitor and Commuter parking access – access to these areas will require drivers to enter the garage and make an immediate left turn and then proceed to the stop sign and make a right to gain access to the upper levels of the garage.
-Faculty/Staff ground level parking access – those wishing to park on the ground floor Faculty/Staff area should proceed straight once in the garage. The ground level will be converted to one way in the opposite direction as prior years. Those leaving the Faculty/Staff area will be able to exit the garage where the old entry gate was located.
Lot 17 – Enrollment Services
Effective May 2013, Lot 17 in front of Enrollment Services was temporarily closed to accommodate the bridge construction over Osler Drive. Additional Faculty/Staff parking has been added to the second level of the West Village garage to accommodate those displaced by the lot 17 construction. Handicapped parking is available in the ground level of the West Village garage and the Union Garage.
Those with mobility issues that are unable to get to the Enrollment building from the garages may utilize ParaTransit services. Please see the paratransit website for information on registering and using this service.
Upon completion of the Bridge Construction project, a portion of the spaces on Lot 17 will become available again.
