Tiger Arena –Towson Center basement renovations continue with installation of surface finishes. This phase is expected to be completed by August 1, 2013 with close out items to follow.
Academic Building at Harford Community College – Steel work is about 75% complete. Site work, including underground utilities, continues to progress. Elevated concrete slab work is ongoing.
Ward & West Halls –Interior walls are being closed in and finished in Ward Hall. Replacement windows are installed. The new addition curtainwall is scheduled to be install the week of August 5.
Site and Safety Phase II – The new loop road (Emerson Drive) east to the Union Garage is 80% complete including new pedestrian walkways in that area. Finish grading and sodding has begun. The foundations for the new signal masts are in place and the signal is expected to be complete by August 12,2013. The underground ductbank (conduits) are complete and waiting for BGE to move the overhead power line to the underground duct. The removal of the existing telephone poles will follow.
