It is with my pleasure to announce that Mr. Tim Bibo, Jr. has been promoted to Towson University’s Director of the Office of Institutional Research. Tim has been serving as Acting Director of the Office of Institutional Research since last August, when Laura Bageant left Towson to join the University of North Carolina Higher Education System.
Tim brings a strong background in data analysis with over 10 years of experience in higher education and public-sector policy. Tim is an alumnus of Towson University, a graduate of TU’s Honor’s College, and also a former TU student athlete. He is finishing a master’s degree in applied information technology from Towson University and has also completed several semesters of graduate coursework in research design, statistical analysis, and psychometrics.
