There will be a complete building electrical outage in the Towson Center on Saturday, July 13, 2013. This outage is scheduled for 13 hours, beginning at 5:30 a.m. and ending at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the outage is to tie in several feeders to the main switchgear.
