Tiger Arena – The new arena is open for use and has been successfully used for commencements. Outstanding punch list items are being resolved. Phase II of the Towson Center basement renovations continue with installation of mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
Academic Building at Harford Community College – Foundations and ground level walls are complete, and the new parking lot has been installed. Video streaming of the construction is scheduled to begin by the end of June 13.
Public Safety Building – The project is complete, and the building is occupied.
Ward West – Steel work for the addition is complete, and the topping slab will be placed on the addition during the week of June 10, 2013. Interior walls have been erected, and mechanical, plumbing and electrical installations are ongoing.
Site and Safety Phase II – Construction fence has been installed, and some clearing has begun. The main construction activities will beginJune 7, 2013.
Newell Richmond Renovations – Project is mostly complete, with punch list items ongoing.
