Site and Safety Phase II – Waiting on MDE permits to begin construction.
Tiger Arena – Contractor is completing Fire Safety systems with Fire Marshall inspections scheduled for April 30, 2013. Landscaping is ongoing and expected to be completed the week of May 6, 2013. General cleaning is under way, and final cleaning is set to begin the week of May 6, 2013 as well. University groups have begun moving into designated storage areas.
Ward and West Halls – Underground utilities are complete. The addition roof system is expected to be completed the week of May 15, 2013. Mechanical and electrical systems continue to be installed.
Newell/Richmond Halls –Project is closing out with minor finishes being accomplished. Project is slated to be turned over for occupancy mid May.
HCC Building – Site work is ongoing. Foundations have begun and building walls are to begin the week of May 6, 2013. Temporary power to site offices expected week of May 15, 2013. Storm water management systems complete.
