This special celebration will bring together forensics alumni and former coaches to
reminisce, to celebrate the value of the speech and debate experience in our
lives, and to recognize individuals who have made a significant impact on the
growth and success of the program.
Guest parking will be available in the Union Garage. Event proceeds will benefit the
Challenge for Debate – a three-year challenge made by alumnus Vince Talbert ’90. Vince will match all gifts to the program up to $30,000 each year, with this being the final year.
Funds allow travel to and coaching at national tournaments, which are at the
heart of the competitive and educational process.
To purchase seats and/or make a gift in support of the Challenge for Debate,
please register HERE. Seats are $50 per person and $10 of every seat is
tax-deductible. Ticket price includes two complimentary drinks and seated/served
dinner. Cash bar available.
