Parking & Transportation Notice- Lot Closures & Shuttle Changes – Lot 11 Outside of Union and Lot 17 Enrollment Services

Lot 11, 11a (Commuter & Visitor Parking) and the Faculty/Staff parking along the road:

– The visitor, vendor and ZipCar spaces and pay station have been relocated to the ground floor ramp of the Union garage

– The Faculty/Staff spaces on the ramp have been relocated to the second floor of the Union garage.

– The Faculty/Staff spaces on the road will be continue to be available until on or about April 17, at which time the spaces will be permanently lost.

-All spaces in lot 11 will be available for Commuter permit holders until 3 pm and all permit holders after 3 pm, until on or about April 17, at which time the lot will be permanently closed.

Lot 17 Enrollment Services

– The entire lot 17 area will be closed on or about Thursday, April 18, 2013. A portion of the lot will be returned for service sometime during the fall 2013 semester.

– Dedicated Faculty/Staff parking will be added to the 2nd level of the West Village garage. Additional parking will also be available in posted areas on the 2nd and 3rd level of the West Village garage where all permits are valid.

– Once lot 17 is closed, individuals who utilize handicapped parking in this areas will need to use handicapped spaces in the West Village (ground level) or Union Garage. Please be aware that ParaTransit service is available for those with mobility issues. Please see our website for more information about ParaTransit service.

Transportation Changes

– Timonium/Cockeysville bus stop has been moved from Lot 11 to the bus slip off Osler Drive in front of the Enrollment Services Building.

– Para-transit Pick-up/Drop-off for Enrollment Services will be at Bus slip off of Osler Drive in front of Enrollment Services Building once Lot 17 at Enrollment Services is closed..
