Baltimore native Barbara Morrison will read from and discuss her memoir, “Innocent: Confessions of a Welfare Mother”. This book tells the story of how Morrison, a college-educated woman from a prosperous background, comes to need public assistance and ultimately realizes her own independence. Small group discussions and book signings will follow her presentation.
