I am pleased to announce the appointment of David Horne as the Director of the Financial Aid Office. David is a graduate of TU, and returned to TU as the Senior Associate Director of the Scholarship Unit in 2011. He has over 13 years of experience in financial aid at University System of Maryland universities and Anne Arundel Community College.
