March 8th is International Women’s Day, a day where we celebrate the achievements of women around the world! Make sure you stop by the Potomac Lounge between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. for our International Women’s Day Festival. There will be free food, performances, and a fair trade market. You do not want to miss this!
We also still have tickets left for tonight’s performance of The Vagina Monologues. You do not want to miss this show, come see some of your favorite professors and fellow students talk about, well, you know what! You will laugh until you cry! The show is in Potomac Lounge at 7 p.m. Tickets are $8 for students and $10 for non-students and all the proceeds go to local organizations working to end violence against women.
