Emme is a supermodel, television personality, author, lecturer, creative director and nationally recognized spokesperson for positive body image and self-esteem. As an Ambassador for the National Eating Disorders Association, she is a for people of all ages to live a healthy lifestyle while simultaneously combating societal and peer pressure to be something other than what comes naturally. On February 24, Emme will speak at this special NEDAWeek event in Baltimore to promote personal healing, positive body image, self-acceptance and eating disorder prevention.
In her talk, Connecting Body + Mind + Spirit, Emme will delve into maintaining a gratitude driven day to-to-day existence to help shift out of fear, self-loathing and poor self-esteem. She’ll also talk about leaning on the positives and faking-it-till-you-make-it to help accomplish goals by living in the present moment. Reflecting on her own experiences, Emme will share real life strategies and resources to help others create meaningful and positive connections with their bodies
