Maryland State Flag at Half-Staff

Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered the Maryland State Flag to be flown at half-staff until sunset on Saturday, February 9, 2013, in memory of Delegate Hattie Harrison, who died January 28, 2013. Delegate Harrison represented District 45 in Baltimore City since 1973. She was the longest serving member of the House of Delegates. This action is taken under the Protocol for the United States and Maryland State Flag. Any questions on the above should be directed to the Office of the Secretary of State.
