The College of Health Professions will host its fourth annual Career Planning Conference for juniors, seniors, and graduate students on Wednesday, February 18, 2004. The event will take place in the Towson Center Arena, from 9 am to 12 noon. Featured events include:
— a welcome from Dean Charlotte Exner,
— a keynote address from TU alumnus Keith Mills (TV channel 2),
— a presentation on writing resumes, preparing for job interviews, and how to organize a job search,
— a session on “From Tattoos to tie-tacs: Dressing for Success” including total make-overs from student volunteers in the audience.
There will be refreshments served prior to the conference, and door prizes presented at the end of the event.
Faculty are encouraged to bring classes of juniors, seniors, and graduate students.
Some faculty are offering extra credit for attendance at this event.
