Michael Phelps Parade – September 11, 2004

Baltimore County will be holding a parade for Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps on September 11, 2004. The parade will start at Cross Campus Drive and York Road and proceed up York Road to the Towson business district.
The parade will be using Cross Campus Drive between Greenview Terrance and Osler Drive for staging of vehicles, bands and participates in the parade. Baltimore County Police Department has notified the University that parking will prohibited on Cross Campus Drive from 7 AM to 12 PM on Saturday September, 2004. They will be posting signs to alert those who usually park on Cross Campus Drive.
