PAYROLL – Timesheet Message for Supervisors, Contingent and Student Employees

Attention Contingent Staff, Student Employees, and Supervisors:

IMPORTANT REMINDER: The Shift Hours section on the timesheet should only be completed by those employees who work in Facilities Management during the evening or night shift. Please do not complete this section if you do not work in a Facilities Management department.

Timesheets are due in the Payroll Office by Noon on Friday, February 20, 2004

Employees: the Payroll Office recommends that you verify that your electronic timesheet has been approved by your supervisor by the due date.

Supervisors: Please verify that each employee whose timesheet you will be approving is listed and that your employees know who can approve their timesheet in your absence.

Continue to use use the Payroll Quick Change Form

to request pay rate changes or to report the names of student employees who no longer work in your department and should be terminated from the payroll system.
