TAE KWON DO self defense for beginners.

Tae Kwon Do (Korean karate), taught as part of T.U.’s Active Lifestyle noncredit program, offers a course for both men and women who can enroll

in Monday and/or Wednesday evening classes,

starting Wednesday, February 6th, 6.00pm – 7.00pm. through May 14th.

at the Towson Center, (room 103 on Mondays, room 350 on Wednesdays),

Every class includes exercises to promote cardio-vascular and physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, energy, and strength.

Enjoy a regular exercise program, reduce stress, and learn to defend yourself with motivating instructors, and friendly adult classmates.
The course is taught by Chris Bartlett, Professor, Department of Art, who is a 2nd degree Black Belt, and Howard Solomon, 2nd degree Black Belt.

The cost is $80 per semester one night per week, $150 per semester two nights per week.
