The EE/SE Department is offering a limited number of scholarships for Praxis I Preparation Strategies classes for students planning to major in EE/SE. The classes are taught by Maryland Writing Project Teacher-Consultants and TU faculty members. Each six-class session provides support in reading, writing, grammar, and math and provides test-taking strategies as well. Classes are held on Thursday evenings from 4:30 – 7 at Pikesville High School and Saturday mornings from 9 – 11:30 at Towson University.
The remaining sessions for this academic year begin on March 15 and May 3. Visit the Maryland Writing Project website for further information.
All pre-education majors are invited to participate in these classes. The scholarships, however, are limited to pre-EE/SE majors.
