TAE KWON DO Self Defense Starts Monday, February 13th

TAE KWON DO Self Defense Offered by Active Lifestyle Program

Every class includes exercises to promote cardio-vascular and physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, energy, and strength.
Enjoy a regular exercise program, reduce stress, and learn to defend yourself with motivating instructors, and friendly adult classmates.

Tae Kwon Do (Korean karate), taught as part of T.U.?s Active Lifestyle noncredit program, offers those benefits and many more.

Both men and women can enroll in Monday and/or Wednesday evening classes to begin Monday, February 13th and/or Wednesday, February 15th, 6.00 – 7.00pm. at the Towson Center, (room 103 on Mondays, room 350 on Wednesdays).

The course, which runs through May 17, is taught by Chris Bartlett, Department of Art, who is a 2nd degree Black Belt, and Howard Solomon, 2nd degree Black Belt.
