To be distributed to all agencies paid under Regular Payroll System:
Some employees with bank accounts involving the BB&T Bank conversion will receive pay checks for pay period ending 12/9/03 (pay date 12/17/03) instead of Direct Deposit. This problem was a result of large volume of manual account changes that Central Payroll Bureau received from BB&T bank.
The employees affected will have their Direct Deposits reactivated for pay period ending 12/23/03 (pay date 12/31/03). Please distribute this notification to employees in your agency.
